This project has been funded by Women and Gender Equality Canada
Thunder Pride Association wants to build a stronger capacity of 2SLGBTQI+ community organizations and networks to advance 2SLGBTQI+ equality. It will address the need to increase organizational capacity to advocate for, educate, advance, celebrate and create opportunities for those in the 2SLGBTQI+ community to live safely and openly as themselves in Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario. The project will build and expand connections in Thunder Bay and surrounding northern communities, including a specific focus on reaching out to Indigenous communities and groups.
